Following closing arguments in Diddy's sex crimes trial, the embattled music mogul's oldest daughters were in tears as they left the courthouse yesterday.

Diddy's Family Makes Emotional Courthouse Exit

On Thursday (June 26), closing arguments started in the Diddy trial, as the case edges closer to a conclusion. Puff's family was present during the hearing. Afterward, they were filmed leaving the Manhattan federal courthouse. In the video, which can be seen below, the Bad Boy Entertainment founder's oldest daughters, Lila, Chance and Jessie Combs, were visibly emotional while exiting the building to a throng of media and spectators. One of the twins wipes away tears as they make their way to their awaiting vehicle.

Diddy's sons, King and Quincy, were also present, as well as Puff's mother, Janice Combs.

What Was Said During Closing Arguments of the Diddy Trial?

The prosecution spent Thursday laying out their case against Diddy, who is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.

During the hearing, Assistant U.S. Attorney Christy Slavik laid out the government's case against the embattled music mogul one last time. Slavik explained that the jury only needs to find that Diddy or another member of his organization would commit at least two criminal acts for a RICO to stand. Slavik explained Diddy and his team did so through drug distribution, kidnapping, arson, bribery and sex trafficking.

Diddy did not have to make money by distributing drugs to be found guilty of the distribution charge, Slavik said, explaining that providing illicit substances to Cassie and the anonymous victim, Jane, for freak offs fit the bill.

Slavik also claimed Diddy was guilty of arson, relating to Kid Cudi's car being set on fire, and bribery, related to obtaining the tape of himself assaulting Cassie in a hotel in 2016. The jury was also shown photos of 27 men Diddy allegedly directed Cassie and Jane to have sex with during freak-offs, which the government claims his inner circle helped cover up.

Diddy's Defense Team Delivers Closing Arguments

On Friday (June 27), Puff's attorney, Marc Agnifilo, countered the prosecution's stance in his closing arguments. He told the jury that the government's case is exaggerated and insisted Diddy lives a swinger lifestyle. Agnifilo conceded to Diddy committing domestic abuse but said the case was not about crime, it was about money. He also disputed arson and kidnapping claims made by the prosecution and insisted that Diddy paying for footage of the Cassie assault was done to prevent bad publicity and not to obstruct justice.

Following closing arguments, the jury will begin deliberations. Judge Arun Subramanian is hoping to have things wrapped up by the July 4th holiday.

If convicted, Diddy could spend the rest of his life in prison.

Charges: Two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm.

Trial Date: Jan. 21, 2025

Details: A$AP Rocky was arrested on April 20, 2022, and charged with assault with a deadly weapon in connection to the November of 2021 shooting of A$AP Relli. According to Relli, on Nov. 6, 2021, Rocky persuaded Relli to meet Rocky at Selma Avenue and Argyle Avenue, in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles to discuss a disagreement between the two of them. Relli claims Rocky was accompanied by two other men. When the discussion escalated, Relli claims Rocky pulled out a firearm and fired multiple shots in his direction, with one striking Relli's hand. Rocky was taken into custody five months after the incident.

In January of 2024, Rocky pleaded not guilty to the charges. Jury selection for the trial begins on Jan. 21, 2025.

In addition to the criminal charges, Rocky is facing a civil lawsuit from Relli for defamation.

Charges: Racketeering conspiracy, murder in aid of racketeering, use of a firearm resulting in death, attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, use of a firearm for attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Trial date: March 10, 2025

Details: Kay Flock was charged in an eight-person federal RICO indictment in February of 2023, accusing him and seven alleged members of the Sev Side and Third Side gangs in The Broxn, N.Y. of multiple violent crimes from 2020 to 2022. Kay Flock, born Kevin Perez, is specifically accused of killing Hwascar Hernandez in December of 2021, as well as two other shootings in furtherance of the gang. His trial date is March 10, 2025.

If convicted, the Bronx, N.Y. rapper faces a mandatory life sentence.

Charges: Wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud

Trial Date: March 24, 2025

Details: Sean Kingston and his mother Janice Turner, 61, were arrested after federal agents raided his rented Florida mansion in May of 2024. The arrests came after he was accused of getting luxury goods from several companies and failing to pay for them.

The company Ver Ver Ent. accused the singer and mother of getting hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, including a 232-inch television, without coughing up the dough. A car dealership and jeweler also came forward with complaints against the artist, who was accused of using his celebrity to obtain expensive items and skipping out on the money.

In July of 2024, Kingston and his mother were indicted on wire fraud charges. They both pleaded not guilty. Both Sean Kingston and his mother could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

Soulja Boy

Accusations: Rape, kidnapping, assault, hostile work environment and unpaid wages.

Trial Date: March 13, 2025

Details: Soulja Boy is facing a serious civil lawsuit from a former employee and partner who claims the rapper raped, assaulted and kidnapped her during her time as his girlfriend and personal assistant. The anonymous accuser initially filed the suit against Soulja in January of 2021.

She claims she started working for SB in 2018 and they eventually got into a romantic relationship in 2019. However, she claims in her lawsuit that Soulja became abusive a short time later and also raped her on multiple occasions. She also claims she was never paid for her services for working for him.

The accuser is seeking unspecified damages.

Tay-K

Charges: Capital murder

Trial date: March 31, 2025

Details: Tay-K is already serving a 55-year sentence in prison for his role in the 2016 murder of Texas man Ethan Walker. In March of 2025, he will stand trial for the 2017 killing of Mark Anthony Saldivar.

Police say while Tay-K, born Taymor McIntyre, was on the run after jumping bail for Walker's death, he robbed and shot Saldivar in the parking lot of a San Antonio, Texas Chick-fil-A. Prosecutors had offered Tay-K a plea deal. However, he turned down the offer in February of 2024. He faces life without parole if convicted in the case.

Diddy

Charges: Sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Trial date: Initially set for May 7, 2025; Moved to May 12, 2025

Details: Diddy is facing a much-publicized criminal case after being arrested on Sept. 16 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The disgraced music mogul is being accused of abusing, threatening and coercing women and others, and leading a racketeering conspiracy that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, obstruction of justice and other crimes dating back to 2008. His arrest came six months after agents for the Department of Homeland Security raided Diddy's homes in Los Angeles and Miami and collected evidence, which included firearms, recordings of Diddy's alleged drug-fueled sex marathons and a whole lot of baby oil.

Diddy could face a maximum sentence of life in prison if found guilty of sex trafficking or racketeering conspiracy.

11 Alive

Cash Out

Charges: Violation of Georgia's RICO Act, trafficking a person for sexual servitude, aggravated assault and rape.

Trial Date: June 2, 2025

Details: In April of 2022, Cash Out, born John Michael Hakeem Gibson, was listed as the central figure in a six-person indictment totaling 41 charges in Atlanta. The government accused him of using his status as a rapper to lure women into prostitution. In a 2023 reindictment, Cash Out was also charged with racketeering and accused of using his label, Pyrex Music Group, to recruit women from social media platforms to engage in commercial sexual activity.

Cash Out's trial began on June 2, 2025. He is facing 25 years to life in prison if found guilty.

OMB Bloodbath

Charges: Aiding and abetting violent crimes in aid of racketeering activity 

Trial date: July 7, 2025

Details: OMB Bloodbath, born Alexandra Nick, was arrested in February of 2020 in Houston. She was charged with directing criminal street gang activity, with authorities accusing her of being part of 100% Third Ward and "103" street gangs. In March of 2023, the case was picked up by the Feds and she was indicted on charges of aiding and abetting violent crimes in aid of racketeering activity.

Prosecutors allege that Bloodbath helped facilitate and fund the murder of a rival gang member Sam Johnson in October of 2017 through phone conversations with other members of the Third Ward gang while incarcerated at Harris County Jail in Texas. Bloodbath is currently in custody as she awaits trial, which is now expected to begin on July 7. If found guilty, Bloodbath faces a maximum sentence of life in prison or death.

Young Buck

Charges: Domestic assault, vandalism, felon in possession of a firearm

Trial date: July 24, 2025

Details: Young Buck's upcoming criminal trial originates from an arrest in October of 2020. According to police, Buck and his girlfriend at the time, Lucresia Neal, got into a domestic dispute. During a violent argument, Buck allegedly destroyed Neal's property, grabbed her and attempted to throw her to the ground. Neal got her hands on a gun and reportedly fired warning shots at Buck. She was later arrested for reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. Buck has since been out on bond. Buck was arrested again in February of 2022 after he reportedly vandalized the same woman's car.

In April of 2025, Buck was remanded back to jail for 30 days for missing court hearings related to his pretrial release. His trial is slated to start on July 24.

Lil Durk

Charges: One count of use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, one count of conspiracy and one count of using, carrying and discharging firearms and a machine gun and possession of such firearms in furtherance of a crime of violence resulting in death.

Trial date: Initially set for Jan. 7, 2025; Moved to Oct. 14, 2025

Details: Lil Durk was arrested on Oct. 24 in South Florida on his way to catch a flight to Italy and charged in connection to a murder-for-hire plot to kill Quando Rondo in August of 2022. Authorities say the 32-year-old Chicago rapper put a bounty on Quando following the death of King Von, who was shot and killed by Quando associate Timothy "Lul Timm" Leeks following a fight outside an Atlanta hookah lounge in November of 2020.

In August of 2022, five men with ties to Durk's Only The Family collective who have also been arrested—Kavon London Grant, Deandre Dontrell Wilson, Keith Jones, David Brian Lindsey and Asa Houston—allegedly traveled to Los Angeles on Durk's dime after finding out the hotel where Quando was staying. Durk also made the trip but flew in on a private jet along with Grant, authorities claim in their indictment.

After acquiring rental cars, weapons and ski masks, the five men stalked Quando Rondo who was staying at a hotel in downtown Los Angeles. They eventually tracked Quando's black Escalade to a Beverly Hills gas station where authorities say Jones, Lindsey and "co-conspirator 2" opened fire on Quando's vehicle killing his cousin Saviay’a Robinson a.k.a Lul Pab.

Lil Durk has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, Durk and his codefendants would face a statutory maximum sentence of life in federal prison.

YNW Melly

Charges: Two counts of first-degree murder and witness tampering.

Trial date: Sept. 10, 2025

Details: YNW Melly has been in jail since February of 2019 fighting a double murder case. After his first trial ended in a hung jury, the State plans to put the rapper through the wringer once again in the fall of 2025.

Melly, born Jamell Demons, is accused of shooting and killing his friends Christopher "YNW Juvy" Thomas and Anthony "YNW Sakchaser" Williams in 2018 and trying to cover up the crime with the help of YNW Bortlen, who dropped the deceased victims off at the hospital and told the emergency staff the men had been shot in a drive-by.

Since the end of his first trial, Melly has been charged with an additional count of witness tampering with prosecutors accusing the rapper and Bortlen of contacting Melly’s ex-girlfriend, Mariah Hamilton, and convincing her not to testify in the first trial. If convicted, Melly could face the death penalty or life in prison without the possibility of parole.
